The Kew Gardens Restaurant is great. The food is good and cheap. There were a lot of people in our group and we had a booth in the upstairs area with a table and chairs. In the tables downstairs you'll be more comfortable. We ate hamburgers, goat cheese and sun dried tomato salads, fish and chips and bangers and humus. All of it was great.
This is one of the restaurants that you have on the bank of the Thames. It is actually a boat and they have put small tables on the top where you can have something to drink. You can also book it for parties or to host a wedding.
Inside of this greenhouse, you can have lunch or dinner. The restaurant has a Michelin star and it is totally deserved. I have not had the opportunity to dine, but it certainly has to be a treat to do so.
Zizzi is a famous Italian restaurant chain where the pizzas are cooked over a wood fire. They opened their first restaurant in 1999 in Chiswick, and since then institutions have continued to open across England. They have 100 now. Each restaurant has a local atmosphere. Nice and cheap.
At Linnea, the menu they offer is not very wide, but all they offer is great. The service is impeccable and Jonas, the chef always comes out at the end of dinner to ask how it was (a nice touch on their part). Do not forget to try the asparagus with hollandaise sauce and poached eggs. The presentation of the dishes is perfect and the wine list varied in both style and price. The decor is very warm.
