The whole fabric of the place dates back to the Middle Ages. The Benedictine Abbey is one of the leading examples of important religious architecture in Brittany. The King of Brittany, Nominoë, noticed a lot in this place, hence its royal status. It has a path, which can be done by bicycle or on horseback.
