Just off the A-66 highway (Oviedo - Gijon, exit Santander), is one of the largest shopping centers in Asturias. It has an Eroski supermarket, petrol station, multiplexes and plenty of stores to shop in. The shopping area is on the top floor and is divided into two main streets: Walk of Stars and Boulevard of Apple. There is also the Avenida de Asturias which resembles an old Asturian downtown street. It has a huge covered parking complex and an Ikea shopping center. All of the interior decoration is related to the marine world, including a small square that is on the ground floor which has a model of a real-size boat.
At the entrance of the Principality Park Mall, they have an aquarium where you can see typical Asturian marine species such as lobsters, pintarrojo sharks, eels, sea bass and bream. The aquariums are embedded in the wall which mimics a rock (made of papier mache), in dim lighting to better see the fish. There are also two TV monitors which continually show videos of the fish.
Who said that good taste is at odds with the good price? This place is a clear example that good taste is accessible for all budgets. Located in the grounds of the Principality Park CC in Santander just off the A-66, this is the closest Ikea to Leon. There is no need to give much explanation of this place because it is very well known by all ... I will just say that I love to walk in the aisles and although I always go with the intention of only window shopping, at the end my bag is always full!
Planet Bowling is located inside the shopping and entertainment center of Principality Park, next to the cinema and surrounded by restaurants. It is an 18-lane bowling alley, but also has a billiards room, bar and music. The bowling championships take place here and it can also be rented for parties.
Located between Oviedo and Gijon in Lugones near the A-66, this mall, initially built by the Pryca group, was the first shopping center in Asturias. It has a Carrefour hypermarket. It has an area of nearly 16,000 meters square in which there are more than forty shops such as Kiabi and Decathlon. It has ample parking and the opening hours are 10-22 from Monday to Saturday.
