We went to eat lunch one day in this small African restaurant in central Ivry. I liked the atmosphere and the waitress was very friendly. The mid-day menu included a drink, the main course, different types of fish, goat meat, or lamb, served with rice, potatoes and fried plantains. The portions at this restaurant are large and we were full! It took awhile for the food to come, but there was a group of 15 people ahead of us. One of the fish dishes wasn't cooked enough, so the waitress offered to get us something else, which happened on multiple occasions. It was the dorada fish, I don't recommend the panga because it's a bottom feeder.
