It is a very funny and charming place set up high in the mountains, in fact almost at the Argentina border. The hot springs are natural pools with different temperatures and the hill caves have been also been made into natural steam baths. The river that runs beside it is extremely cold but very pure. Contrasts with the warmth of the hot springs. It's a beautiful place that is worth knowing.
The Laguna Grande is a lake located in the municipality of San Pedro de la Paz, in the Bio Bio Region, Chile. It Corresponds to a small shallow lake, located on one side of the urban area of the Grand Design, in the northwest of the Cordillera south Nahuelbuta and Biobío River. With a perimeter of 9800 meters, it has a maximum length of 2675 meters, and its widest part is 1375 meters. It covers a total of an area over 155 hectares (1,557,725 meters square) and has a maximum depth of 13.5 meters, and the average depth of 8.1 meters. The lagoon is home to many fish and swan, and it also houses some herons and coypu.
This photo is of Arauco, the closet city to where I live. I love photographs but I don't take them because I don't have a suitable camera to fulfill my dream of photographing everything where I live. I will have to settle for taking a photo with the little camera that I have but I don't think it's so bad.
