Miradouro do Castelo

Crossing Porta do Sol in the walls, south of the Citadel, there's a viewpoint with spectacular views across the city and the surrounding natural environment (since it's 543 meters above sea level). From here you can perfectly distinguish the Cathedral, the Shrine of the Remedies, the church of the convent of Santa Cruz and the many red tile roofs of the city.
