National Library of Scotland

The National Library of Scotland (NLS = National Library of Scotland) is the largest collection of Scottish matters worldwide. Many cultural exhibitions take place here on Scottish issues. Here you can find original documents of Darwin, the Bible printed by Gutenberg and valuable medieval manuscripts. However, it is true that there are certain documents of Scottish importance which are in London (which I will never understand). The library also houses various exhibition halls and a very modern cafe and shop, from where you can appreciate its impressive internal structure.
