A very good place to eat fried fish portions, or anything to do with the sea. Rations for 7 euros that are huge, we could not finish everything. The dishes are recommended along with company from a local Albariño. The restaurant is spotless and the service too. We were delighted, and next we ordered the seafood!

The lunch, dinner and drinks at this place have been worked on a lot, they even have a disco later at night. Nice design with several areas to enjoy a nice dinner with music, an outdoor lounge-chill area enjoying sea views, the cliffs of the area and the castle of Salobreña. The price is well suited for dishes that are not only good quality but a good amount of food, too. 37 €, 2 people: veal ravioli with a special sauce and exquisite Pedro Ximenez sirloin (4 medallions of tenderloin with vegetables and potatoes), 1 soft drink, 2 Alhambras reservas, and entree on the house. Outside drinking area with sofas and beds. The inner zone is a disco from 1:00 a.m. with current music.

El Verdejo

Verdejo Restaurant is situated along a less-crowded stretch of the Salobreña seaside and it's an excellent choice to try out the local seafood. While the joint is known for its mariscadas (platters of grilled seafood), we opted for the menu and weren't disappointed! We started with some shrimp boiled in seawater which were perfectly juicy and salty, and had rounds of breaded and fried monkfish chunks with garlic aioli, and Andalusia's famous aubergines with sugarcane honey, which were to die for. The main course was delicate codfish loins with a reduction of the famous Motril Pale Rum, a local spirit which is renowned for its smoothness and natural hint of vanilla. Dessert, however, was an exercise is decadence: a pyramid of white chocolate which spurted forth whipped cream and berries when broken, local Moorish-inspired treats of dates and honey, brownies, and crème with beet-sugar crisps. Needless to say we left stuffed! I'd 100% recommend El Verdejo for foodies looking for an authentic taste of the Costa Tropical.

Good bar in Salobreña beach, recommended if you want to eat cheaply! There is a wide selection of all types of fish. Also, the migas stand out. Greetings!!!

Restaurante La Bahia
The food portions are more than generous. At noon, it's perfect for a little paella, or a barbecue between beaches. In the evening there are tables that look out to the sea.... Gorgeous.
