The atmosphere is very quiet and it's almost always full. The first two times we tried to eat there, it was full. The third time was the charm, and it was worth it. There are different types of menus starting at 24 €: the taster menu, the bar menu, the children's menu, and the traditional menu. Although you can also choose daily specials for just under 10 €. The Le Clemenceau breakfast seems to be a great place to start the day.
