Not to be missed. I passed this store at the start the day, and I decided to go in, and was not disappointed. Here are chocolates for everyone, both great lovers ve want quality, and those ve are content with anything less. I suggest especially pieces of chocolat to choose, for € 2.40.
I really recommend this little restaurant, a charming place where you feel right at home. The dishes are simple but delicious - it's impossible to resist the cakes, salads, tartiflettes, chocolate, and pear crumble ... you can eat in or take away. Great setting, lovely music, good food ... everything you need to have a good time.
The Coffee Cup is an American-style place in the center of Angers. On the terrace, on the ground floor or on the road, you'll be surprised by these snacks. Hot or cold drink, also many options of bagel, breakfast, special of the day, American pastries and fresh drink. Come at any time of the day, between 8am and 7pm Monday to Saturday!
With a kitchen full of contrasts and very suggestive, La Partie de Cartes offers an extensive menu full of good options for you to try. The taste of the dishes will not disappoint, try some of the best steaks which are served accompanied by salads. The fish is delicious, and the cheese selection stands out above all others when choosing a dessert. It's a quite large room with round tables for different diners and on the terrace you can enjoy an aperitive while sunbathing. The culinary art becomes a fact in La Partie de Cartes.
In the Implach square, you can't miss this restaurant. When you enter you'll see a tank of lobsters. The restaurant specialises in seafood and sauerkraut. The service runs until midnight. I was delighted to find that the bread was homemade, and pleasantly seasoned, and my friend who opted for the sauerkraut loved it.
This is one of the best restaurants in Angers. Located along the Maine, opposite the cathedral and castle, this gastronomic restaurant offers a cuisine as refined as it is surprising. Tradition, boldness and originality are skillfully blended to delight your taste buds. Listen to the sommelier, who will suggest wine that best matches your dish. You can eat on the terrace, in the dining room upstairs or downstairs, or in the small private room (I've never had the opportunity, though I would like to). The staff are very attentive, and though the prices are quite high, there's a reason for that - the food truly is marvelous.
"Le Cou D'feu" is a lovely restaurant in the centre of the city of Angers. The menu changes regularly, and quality is guaranteed! On the menu you'll find soups, savoury and sweet pies, desserts galore ... I can't forget the delicious tomato tatin. The decor features multiple references to the detective novel, and the chef and his wife will welcome you with good humour and a smile. An excellent quality : price ratio.
The Descente, as they usually call it, is the ideal place for a drink in the afternoon or evening, when the weather is nice. The terrace bar is located on the shores of the Maine, opposite the castle and the cathedral of Saint-Maurice. The atmosphere is "country", despite being only a few minutes walk from downtown and all its hustle and bustle. Mathieu, the manager, is happy to invite you to spend a pleasant evening relaxing and enjoying a good time under a beautiful blue sky.
Spicy Mexican dishes, a cheerful atmosphere, reasonable prices, generous portions, friendly and dynamic service? Look no further! It's lively, the staff are great, and I recommend trying the Gato Negro, a Chilean wine on the menu. Be sure to book in advance!
This restaurant opened on the terrace in the new theatre in Angers. I guarantee that it has a very exotic ambience where you can find all worldly flavours with dishes and entertainment from various countries. For example, a magician ve goes table to table, or a masseur ve gives on-site massages. The view is also very nice. It overlooks the castle and cathedral. I loved it.
