Located in the hillside of Montgó, La Sella Golf Resort is surrounded by Mediterranean forests and mountains. There’s pine trees, orange trees, olive trees, almond trees that give it certain colors. Although it has breathtaking scenery, the course provides a challenge for golfers of all levels.
It’s a par 72 course with 18 holes of moderate distance. If you play well with all the club, you could leave with a good score. It has a fairly personal design, apt for all skill levels, and shows the difficulties in the tees at each hole. It was designed by José María Olazábal.
The classes and the Swingbuild lessons are very helpful. It costs 10 euros for 70 minutes (and comes with calls and clubs). They’ll teach you how to construct a proper swing that works at all level of golf.
This is a stunning golf course situated to the south of Alicante on the coast of Orihuela, close to Campoamor. Once we had arrived and crossed the control barrier, we climbed up a small hill and after a few meters a panoramic view appeared in front of us. That says it all, it truly is a world apart. One of the best residential developments nationwide to play golf, it is stunning, striking, unique in the area. The clubhouse is one of the nicest I've ever seen and the Unik Café is the perfect place to begin and end a day of golf. The breakfast buffet is open until 7 for a burger lunch, and the cuisine is top notch, and all the development occupies more than 380 hectares of land. Mandatory for golf lovers and people that enjoy unique places.
The Municipal Driving Range Albir has restrictions on the use of wood, due to its length of shot (130 meters) and is suitable for all levels. It is in the same Bulevar de Los Músicos, the main street that leads to the garden on the beach of Albir.
