A business district
The Bank neighborhood, in the heart of the City of London, is a business district with tall buildings. The Bank of England was founded in the late 17th century with only 1 million pounds ... it has, of course, far more today! Inside the Bank of England is a museum of finance. Also found in this area are the law courts, many banks (obviously), but also boutiques such as Louis Vuitton.
