I've tried some of their specialties and they're all delicious. I suggest you try the mussels in white wine, onion soup, chicken supreme with tarragon, crème brûlée and chocolate mousse. A part of that is the food delicious, the presentation is very neat and the contrast of flavors related to the position of the colors of the dish (as explained a very friendly waiter). The deal is very nice and very quiet environment.

This restaurant reflects the style of the abbey very well. It's very simple, yet elegant. The terrace is magnificent in the spring because it can be found in the interior courtyard. The living room has large oval windows that face the courtyard, so the atmosphere is always very pleasant. The gourmet kitchen in Prieuré Saint-Lazare is really good, too. The chef, Anthony Vaillant, has reflected all the originality and creativity in recipes to prepare dishes that will captivate you with their flavors and aromas. They give you a ton of food at a very economical price. Les Trois Lys is pretty good, although you have to go a bit before the lunch hour because it gets full very quickly. The atmosphere is very nice and the treatment of the waiters are friendly. My advice, if weather conditions permit, to eat outside on the terrace in front of the restaurant entrance.
